These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lifetimed application ("App") provided by Positive Social Digital Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
- • By downloading, installing, or using Lifetimed, you agree to these Terms.
- • If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
- • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- • If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent.
Use of the Service
- • Lifetimed is a personal productivity and life-capture application.
- • You may use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- • You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the App.
- • You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so.
Your Content
- • Ownership: You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your data.
- • Local Storage: Most data is stored locally on your device.
- • Cloud Backup: If you enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored securely.
- • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
Subscriptions and Payments
- • Free features are available without payment and will remain free.
- • Premium features require a subscription (Plus or Pro plans).
- • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- • You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.
- • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's policies.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- • Use the App to harm, harass, or exploit others
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Disclaimer of Warranties
- • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
- • We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- • We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, software bugs, or user error.
- • AI features are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
- • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
- • You may stop using the App at any time.
- • You may delete your account and data through the App settings.
- • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
- • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
- • We may update these Terms from time to time.
- • Material changes will be communicated through the App or email.
- • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
- • These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
- • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
- • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
